Larry Tracy speaks to Greater Reston (VA) Chamber of Commerce
The following speech was deliverd by Larry Tracy to the Greater Reston (VA) Chamber of Commerce on April 17, 2002. Reston has become known as "Silicon Valley East" because of the expansion of the IT industry in that Washington, D.C. suburb. The audience for Larry Tracy's speech included executives of many of these firms. According to Chamber officials, this presentation was among the best attended and received in the history of the Chamber.
